Content on the Site describes Energy Boss offerings related to commercial energy cost reduction, green power, contractor marketplace access, and distribution partner programs. Website content is informational and does not itself create a customer, contractor, or franchise agreement. Binding terms are set out in separate written agreements when you become a customer, contractor, or partner.
No professional advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, engineering, or investment advice. Evaluate suitability of any energy project with your own advisors.
Accounts and partner portals
If login or portal access is provided in the future, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that impairs service, submit unlawful or misleading information, or use Site data to send spam.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding (including energyBOSS), and materials are owned by Energy Boss or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or written permission.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Savings, uptime, and program availability claims depend on eligibility, location, utility rules, and separate contracts.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Energy Boss and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from Site use.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Energy Boss against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, consistent with the Privacy Policy’s references to WY and USA law. Venue and arbitration provisions in any separate customer agreement control for those relationships.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
